02 / Inspection

Five-stage inspection protocol

Every service center in the network runs the same five stages in the same order, records each result against a service code, and signs the inspection ticket before any repair is quoted.

  1. KOLO-BRK

    Brakes and hydraulics

    Pad and disc thickness, caliper travel, brake fluid moisture, hose and line condition.

    Suspension and steering

    Bushings, ball joints, tie rods, damper leaks and alignment geometry.

    Electrical and battery

    Battery load test, alternator output, charging circuit and stored fault codes.

    Fluids and filters

    Engine oil, coolant, transmission fluid, cabin filter and air filter condition.

One code, one job, the same reading in every city

Each repair is written to a fixed service code so an estimate from Kyiv reads the same as one from Lviv. The rate class sets the labour tariff applied at the center.

04 / RATES

Three labour rate classes, one price per class

Each service centre in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro bills the same hourly rate for the same class of work. The rate covers labour only. Parts, consumables and any specialist sublet appear as separate lines on the estimate.

Minimum billing unit is 0.5 hour.
